    This name tag was worn by Walt Disney World Cast Members during Disney World's 20th Anniversary Celebration, in 1991/1992. It features the 20th Anniversary logo (the number "20" within the famous Mickey Mouse ears), and the name "Scott".
    This was one of the last name tag types to include only the Cast Member's name. Later tags also include the hometown.
