    Description

    Vintage Vanity Powder Compact Romantic Victorian Era Courting Scene measures 2.75" square.  Front and back are black with the handpainted center.  The picture is in a round silver frame.  It needs some cleaning, but its just beautiful.
    Condition is good, except for the scratches on the top and bottom from years of use.  Imagine this in a womans handbag, or sliding across a table.  The top opens with a small clasp, works good.  Inside is a mirror in nice condition and the compartment for a powder puff and makeup.
    The picture on the front has a few spots, under the glass.  Please see photos for better detail.
