    Description

    This is a very nice and very large size oatmeal vintage cardboard round box for IGA Quick Cook Rolled Oats.  Put out by the Independant Grociers ALLIANCE Distributing Co.  This is the large 3lb. size.  From the beautiful graphics we would say this is probably from the1930s to 40's era.    It is in remarkable shape for its age.  Around the very top edge, just under the lid, a bit of the paper is missing but less than 1/2 inch.  Stands 9 1/2 inches tall.
